What is the difference between hemp oil and CBD oil?

Hemp oil (also known as hemp seed oil) is pressed from hemp seeds, resulting in a nutrient-rich oil full of essential fatty acids, chlorophyll, and various other nutrients. When I squeeze the rubber end of the dropper it doesnot fill the whole dropper. Am I getting a full dose?
